Need A Way to Load Client-Side Settings

My friend and I recently decided to "share" our accounts, meaning that we get to use each others' main and alts every other day. The my problem is that his UI and my UI are very different, made worse by the fact that I use bartender and he doesn't. I need a way to backup and restore our settings (bars, key bindings) easily. This could be via addon, game script, etc.

On google I found a way to backup restore macros which was /script RestoreMacros(), but i don't think this works since it was in 3.0.2 when there were settings problems but I haven't been able to get it to work. I was wondering if there was a setting counterpart that does work.
