Hi need some help with this UI i found can you tell me what addons are here:

everythings so blocky.. get bartender addon and quartz

Seems like one of the "oUF" addon Ui's. You can downlaod oUF here:
oUF : WoWInterface Downloads : oUF: Core

But the addon itself does nothing, you should download a profile to work with the addon. You can check some profiles here:

The Target frames and oUF like was posted, The action bars is Tukui on the other hand, and it can only be edited if you know LUA language perfect, which you even asking what it is proves you don't.

Pretty simple to setup.

IshtaraUi : WoWInterface Downloads : Generic Compilations - there's a list of the addons that are in it... you can also just download the suite and install it
