[Hunter] BM 40/21/0 PVE and PVP

I did not make this build but it was made by a pro PVPer (currently 48 warrior on greymane(His 70(s) got banned))
This build is a leveling, PVE, and PVP all around build.

First: This spec sucks, scatter shot for PvE? No Frenzy? No Bestial Discipline? No GFTT? This spec makes we wanna cry

Second: There is no "best" pet. Just take a pet you can tame good abilities to such as a cat (Claw+Bite) for good dps or a ravager.

The pet is actually the best (for this build atleast) when it hits 70
And I have no idea what you mean when you say there is no frenzy, it has it

No. Your specs are not good for both PVE and PVP, don't kid yourself. Forever linked you the best PVE BM spec hands down, although the PVP one isn't amazing. For the most part you only want to be BM if you're PVEing (unless you're on a burst team in 2s/3s with say an ele shaman).

Not only are you missing Efficiency which is a must for PVE and PVP, but you don't have GFTT which is just terrible. On top of which you have both Endurance Training and Imp AotH, as well as Imp AotM... you get Spirit Bond over Bestial Discipline and put only one point in Frenzy and no points in Ferocious Inspiration or TBW. And you get Catlike Reflexes? Really, really bad spec.

PVE spec - look at Forever's.
PVP spec - go Marks, or go Talent Calculator - World of Warcraft

Both Forever's build and the PVP build I just linked are superior all around for both PVE and PVP than your specs, which are lackluster in both.
