I'm not sure if this is the best section for this or not, please move it if this is incorrect. I searched and didn't find this listed anywhere. Here is a mod to simulate rated twink arenas for anyone that is an avid twinker. Skirm | World of Warcraft Addons | World of Warcraft @ Curse.com
Here is the description of the mod.
This addon is to allow twinks (and any levelling character - below level 70) to use an arena rating system.
It synchronises to guild and battleground members, and builds up a database of "estimated ratings" when you fight with or against a player in arenas. It then uses these ratings along with yours to work out the chance you had of winning that arena (like blizzard does) and from that works out the points you gain/loose (just like the blizzard system).
It's an individual rating (no teams) aimed at twinks, but anyone can use it.
Many features, including /skirm info name, (or whoever youre targetting if you dont put a name) to get rating info, /skirm data teamsize name, (or whoever you're targetting) to get damage/healing/killing blow average and total data for that person in that team size. Guild "dings" show when players reach each 100 rating increase.
For your own arena info, you can just open the pvp tab and there is a little modification in the UI so you can view your arena scores. You can also type /skirm teamsize to get data about yourself.
Each player (you can have multiple characters with separate arena ratings) starts with a default rating of 1500 in each of 2v2 3v3 and 5v5.
This was released as a TEST version on the Cyclone and Nightfall battlegroups, advertised by my twink Feaire. It is still very rough and has a lot of improvements to be made which i have made a list of, but it does its job at the moment.
