Hey i just downloaded the archive and the addons and i WinRar so they automaticaly became rar files, not zipped ones. right after i downloaded i put them both into the addons folder and then put the archive into the adon and logged into WoW and typed /mobmap show, and nothing happened, im very confused.hlp pls.:tard:

virus scanner says it got a back door in it i not useing it plus it doesnt work

Download the installation package and it will install everything automaticaly for you and voila , no more confusion : )

You might need to update the Mobmap database file .
The Mobmap uploader / downloader can do that for you or you can do it manualy if you like and download the database from the site you got the addon .
