I belive you I guess you just got there with a bulldozer and destroyed his house while pissing on his cat while you could escape because he scammed you on your wow account...

Knowing any info at all is very helpfull, threat them and they usually give back the account. If the person is underaged !!GOGO CALL PARENTS!!

Okay I gave the person a call today early in the morning and told him that im about to come to his location for the used/scrated TCG loot card that he had used to get the rare Spectra tiger and other items , at first he refused meeting me at his location and said to meet him in "X" plazza but i just made up an excuse that im not familiar with the area and went straight to his location...
The address was indeed correct he came out and gave me the cards and i asked him if he could also give me the CD code for the game...
he said hes had a few different characters and dont know which CD key is which but went inside and gave me one of the original game boxes with CD key that he thought is the current one... but he said i dont have to worry about it since the keys for both Burning crusade and Wrath of the lich king are saved in Battle.net and i can just download the full version game from there , which is true.
I also asked him if he could also give me a Copy of his driver licence and he agreed and also asked if he can also have a copy of mine...

I did directly told him that there have been many cases where the seller recalls the account after a few months / year and he said hes been scammed himself before and wont do that to me... i also told him if ever something happens for my own security i will talk to my Family lawyer and will take it from there and he said again ensured me that he wouldnt take the account back...
He is around the same age as me (22),been living in that address forever and still lives with his parent and works in a carpentry shop making door frames... I dont know i kinda feel i can trust him but im still planning to Xfer the characters to a new account...
just dont quite know what i need to do that , any help would be appreciated and +Reped

Here is what you want to do bud, to maximize your security.

The guy could recall tomorrow or in a year and there is not much thing you could do, never buy an account with cash, always use a credit card on paypal.

First step - You wanna call the dude and get him to send you a scan of his driver license, that will allow you to recover the account in case it get locked, this is very important.

It wont prevent him from recalling, but if you were to screw up sometime you could loose the account forever.

Second step - Transfer the stuff to a new account plain and simple, use the address provided on is I.D, short term this offer little security as it is reversible. Over time trough, the security increase and blizzard will be less willing to reverse the account x-fer.

Third step ( Optional ) - If you manage to get step one and two down, you can further protect yourself by putting a lock on the original account, for putting that lock, you will need to send in a fake recovery form for the original account ( http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/othe...t_Recovery.pdf ). You need to manipulate the I.D so that it look blatantly photoshoped, they will automatically put a notary lock on the account. While the account is still recoverable, the OO would have to go to great length in order to pull it off IE see this form : http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/othe..._Notarized.pdf.

Edit: If you get screwed over, suck it up. Doing anything Irl to ''screw'' his life will only get you into trouble. Learn the lesson and only buy from reputable website/brookers who offer guarantees.

You will lose HARD. A lawyer wont do shit for you as its against wow's TOS in the first place and its virtual goods. But this guy seems legit if he let you copy his license etc s ogoodl luck :P

No, beaucase you will use diff SQA and CD key. also you could just use hes last name and your address. If I remember correctly, you only need last name to match the other account.

Oh okay so it can be two different SQA ? and also only the family name should match right meaning it can be any first name ?
but wouldn't they get suspicious to see theres already an account with a whole different first and last name registered to this (my) address and phone number ?

also when wanting to pay for the transfer via Credit card... should the name on the account match the one on credit card ?
