Then why dont u make stealth account using VCC, register to some country that allows money transfer to CC and then receive your money from person who sold you that VCC.

Why are people telling him to hide the fact that he is 16? Since you are under the age of 18, you have no obligation to uphold any contract that you hold with paypal. Use your status of a minor while you still can since once you turn 18 you will be legally bound. I bet if you told them you were 16 over the phone, they would immediately stop bothering you. They can take you to court, but as a minor you have zero liability against all claims. This is why you need a parent to get a credit card if you aren't 18. If you rack up a debt with them, they can't go after you but they will go after your parents.
