I think I will go with Trollin's idea.. no access to the e-mail account.

Won't get you all that far, as they have several ways to change the E-mail without access to the current one, all you need is full name, and the SQA I believe.

i seriously did get banned for that, about a year ago. yes i did say i shared it with my brother, someone repoted me and i got a suspension for that. where does it say that they allow account sharing within the family? im very curious

What you say when they ask why you want it unmerged, etc:

I joined the Army about 8 months ago and allowed my little brother to play the account while I was gone. (You ARE allowed to have a younger sibling share the account with you!). When the Bnet merge came out he linked the account under his name thinking I wouldn't be playing it or coming back home for a while. He has since grown out of the world of warcraft sensation because his friends no longer play the game. I'm home due to an injury while on the field (SOB STORY) and I'd like to resume playing, but I don't want the account merged anymore as it is a hassle and it's not even under my own name. Can you please undo the merge for me?

Unless you have a rep with no heart, this will work EVERY time.

Well Battle Net was cool at first with all of the security but when someone got ahold of my password and Account name (E-Mail) it was very easy for them to change the e-mail so I had no way of getting it back for two days :P. (Say it was on a weekend) It was really safe at first but I just think that if someone gets your account info and name they can change whatever they want.

Btw Imo b-net is a complete waste of time >.> Unless you have multiple accounts...someone just needs your name to be able to get your account....

Where are you quoting that from? Just asking because it's different from mine 2 posts above, directly from the ToU.

From what I've seen, most GMs generally allow account sharing for anyone in the family. But evidently, some take the rules literally.
