Help getting an account back

Not sure if im posting this in the right spot! Im a newb on here and have been checking some of this stuff out looks cool, alot of good idea's. My question is my regular account I play on got hacked and I also had an account that a guildy transferred a 70 paladin over to and it got hacked also. My account I just got a gm to get all my char and stuff back but the pally account I don't know the email for the account....just the username and secret Q&A. I also have the keycode on the guy used to transfer if that helps. I don't know anything other than that. Any ideas?

Do you have the first and last name on the account and the username you use to log in to account management/the game? If so you can call blizzard and tell them you'd like to update the email on your account and they'll ask you for your account name and your SQA and then will update it.
