    Will a vcc get my account un limited? please help
    It will, but you're balance will be negative, and under "Steps To Remove Limitation" it says "Confirm Adress" so yeah... You'd need to Confirm Your Adress + VCC to Unlimit it, and then pay it off to get off the negative.
