Account Page Problem Please Help

hey i have been trying for ages to get my account page up and running
i have all the needed things in my server folder to host one.
when when i run appache i get this error



If You Cant Be Botherd to look at screen shot then heres what it says

If you are just starting out I recommend you just use sopera using wamp (google both) sopera is extremely easy to config

i tried using wamp and xampp and i got issued with both of them
xampp could not start apache and with wamp i could not put service online

Check if port 80 is already being used common problem sometimes is microsoft ISS or something thats causing it.

after useing the link u gave me its not blocking port 80 any other ideas?

and a diffrent response from port 25

This Is the problem i get with wamp



if you also look this problem is also related to appache as appache uses port 80

the only service that did not start was appache

when i click test port 80 on wamp this is what comes up




But i never used skype on this pc ....

Do the following:

Start - Run - cmd.exe - "netstat -abn > C:\netstat.txt" (I like it this way). Open the text file and search for "TCP 0.0.0.0:80" and disable the program that is listed below.

Example:
TCP 0.0.0.0:80
[Skype.exe]

In this case one would disable skype.
