    PayPal Scam - HELP
    Think about it:
Tracking someone's IP and going to wherever they live would cost more than what you took. THEN what would they do when they get there? Hit you? Taking any legal action against you would cost even more!

Plus tracking your IP only tracks to the city your in (as far as I know, I could be wrong) and changing your IP is easy, just turn off your router and computer for like 5 mins then turn them back on.

I laugh when I see these threads

FIRST off , There not going to waist there time taking legal actions

Think about it logically you spent 50 bucks , a plane ticket to where you are probably cost more than 50 so in the end there losing money thats not counting every other expense

Relax, my friend has stolen his step dads creditcard 5 times now, first time he bought shit for like 1-2k $, 2nd 500$ something, 3rd not so much, 4th not so much either, 5th 150$ something.

first time he stole it about 1 year ago and nothing has happened to him, his step dad is just pissed for few days and throws stuff around.. hope he gets busted this time.

he did NOT use a proxy when he bought bunch of stuff, he bought through paypal and bunch of steam games.

@tizm what your referring to is Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home. Even they really will do nothing at all. It's your word vs. theirs.

    @mamborambo
If its your real info they'll show up at your house and make you pay it.

Lol I get these threats all the time, if he says he has your IP adress ask him what it is.

tbh if you cant handle threats you shouldnt be scamming.

Shit. I used my real info when I bought a 3,000$ piano from some scammed money from a T7 Shaman.
And my name is Badass Panda.

Am I going to get arrested?

    [/jk]

Don't worry about it. I've used my IP about 10 times in the past year. No other real info, they just send my other email an email saying I owe money. And that's it.

Mate, don't worry... I owe over 500$ on 3 seprate Paypal Accounts, mainly from someone who tried to scam me, keylogged them, got their paypal, and sent me their money. However, if the money was scammed I'm fine. If it was his legit money, it's a bit harder, but I used my Real info, IP address, nothing fake.. 3 months and still nothing has happened, just some E-mails from Paypal saying they'll take legal actions if I don't pay up. Just ignore them. And like others have said, no way he'll pay to come over to where you live, cost him alot more than he's lost. Your safe - don't worry.
