Anyway, to recall EU accounts, you'll need the CD key. That's pretty much the only difference.

The first part is on recalling, the second part is on securing the account. You can just read the first part, with the Billing conversation. The conversation is for US; for EU, it's pretty much the same, except the Billing rep will also ask for the CD key. So, just remember that.

Anyway, go to this page World of Warcraft Europe -> Support -> Billing Support and find your country's Billing number. Read my guide, then call that number.
