Will blizzard release info and make changes to account if your the spouse?

I have an account I am going to try and recall , just need to call and get the email changed by providing the account owners name and SQ/A ... Problem is the owner's name is a female. So my question is ...if I were to call blizzard and state that I am the owners spouse would they release the info?

Any help would be greatly appreciated , I have 47min to get it done tonight :yuck::yuck:

No they wouldn't either call your girlfriend(if you have one), have your sister do it, or pretend to be a girl and say this is my voice, if you don't like it, forward me to someone else.
