Am I going to get IP banned?

Well I xferred off a character from a scammed acc to a brand new one and I tried getting the old account banned by spamming racial slurs and insults and I got a message that said I was unable to chat anymore in the channels and something GM review pending or w/e. The problem is, I tried logging on my new account and typing and it wouldn't let me either. So am I about to be banned on both accounts or just the old one? Am I also at the risk of getting IP banned?

changing your ip isnt hard in most cases, that would not be a problem. Might be both accounts

You won't get an IP ban. And its only for the old one.

Well i just received an email from Blizzard and all I got was a warning on my scammed account. Anyone wanna finish the job and ban that account? PM me if interested.
