E-mail taken, and gotten account, what next?

Hi, i hope i can get help with this here i've done a scam where you go to a powerleveling/gold selling site and get a order ID and then ask for the mail given by the guy that made the order, so i did that and the live chat help gave me the mail and i saved it. I've sent a mail to the guy saying im from the power leveling company and whatnot, IF i get the account how do i make it mine? is there any way?
Because if i only get username + password he can just use the confirmation e-mail or just call up Blizzard and fix it i guess. But is there any way to make it a 100% mine?

Highly appreciate any help, im very new to this but im very excited about trying it

Either buy one and level from scratch, or call blizzard and tell them that your old mail (the mail the gold company used) is frozen because it is outdated etc etc and that u need to change it (Problems:
They wanna know your Authentication Key
They want to see some ID papers
They tell u to go play AoC)

But luckely i got some solutions :O They all suck tho, but could work:
Your CD-keys was destroyd when your house burned down
You scammed the account and therefore dont have ID papers, or u could try the good old trick saying that u are Mexican/Chinese and your uncle got you into this country by having u in the back of his trunk or some shit
Or just scream; THIS IS SPARTA!!!!!! And run

The only way you can do anything to an account is by having at least:
Account Name
Account Password
Last Name (on the account of course)

So if you can get the last name what you can do is:
Go buy WoW CD Keys (regular and burning crusade)
Set up the account with the same last name of the other account
Transfer the characters from that account to the new one you just made
Ban the old account
