Scamming someone, need assistance

Ok, so I'm trying to scam someone's account. He claims he doesn't have the SQ/A or e-mail access to the account. As for the account I'm supposively trading him, I have e-mail access to the account, just not the SQ/A.

So how, if at all, could I scam him when he doesn't have the SQ/A or e-mail access but I have e-mail access to my account?

No one can help?
