Ok, so basically I scammed an account, transfered it, had all info, email changed, etc.

Now...2 hours later the account is "locked" about billing address or whatever.

Halp?

you cannot do anything if it isnt your account, to unlock it you will need some ID verification.

I have got same problem but i will solve it somehow +rep for anyone who will tell me how to prevent from locking account but i would like to hear used methods; D
