Wtsart scamming club/gang

Ok i mostly am experienced with ingame scams i also had a phishing site and i was very lucky (look at my sig) anyway I am thinking of starting a clan / gang for pro scamming or just a partner to help out and make another phishing site.
I have the templates etc and the host but need a html expert that may help me get it to work?
