For my proxy I use tor & privoxy as part of the Vidalia bundle...And I also run firefox with the torbutton addon (Very easy way to turn tor on and off)

Hushmail - Free Email with Privacy

I use them for most of my scams & I've never had a problem.

Are you stupid? I do, i make the paypal with a differnet address, zipcode, city, name, email adress, everything each time.......

The reason tor isn't working is because it changes your ip automatically every 30 minutes or something, does anyone know how to stop it from doing that automatically?

Use VPN and Proxifier its safer in my opinion. Proxifier with non loggin sock5 and a vpn like relakks is safe enough
