Limited Paypal Help

Basically i set up a crappy paypal account for a private server i played. This is the only paypal i have and was going to buy some gametime for wow from a fellow member i managed to sell some stuff online and have them pay into this paypal account, how ever now it is limited and due to it been set up for my private server its in a random name and i noticed u cant change that.

Therefore i am looking for some sort of virtual bank that will allow me to register and use them to add as a bank card to paypal.

Ivobank is no longer accepting anyone.
Netspend is US only and im EU.

On another note this account has £57 in small change i know but this is from stuff i sold in order for wow time, if someone knows how to unlimit accounts and is in possession of a 60day prepaid card i will gladly trade.
