Email for scamming accounts?

Im about to use sineater's account scam and before I set the new account to the victim's name, I want to be sure that I do not have to verify the transfer from the victim's account to my newly made one. Could someone clear this up for me please?

Dont really know what your asking here, if you mean trade a char from a scammed account to a new one your going to make then you have to verify it yes. you need there secret question and answer, and the last names on the account must match exactly, if this isnt what you mean please be more perciffic.

I'm not getting your question. If you mean transfering his character to one of your account there's a verification needed. But if you have your email on the scammed account that wont matter to much. Please make it more clear what you're wondering and I will do my very best to help you out.
