lol i have done the same thing and unfortunately you have some errors in your post.

I have transfered off a character before to a new account and all the person of Account A has to do is fill out the Unauthorized transfer form and they immediately ban Account B for as long as it takes for the issue to be settled. Happened to me twice.

I stated this in my post.

But the person cannot do that if the account is banned, as he does not know his main has been transfered off.

Wooty, WoW US will never change your SQA under any circumstances. I do not play on WoW EU, but I know this is a practice that Blizzard EU does.

And calling them up and saying that will not get the last name changed. They may change the first name under a circumstance like that, but what does growing up have to do with getting your last name changed?

And you can get the first name changed, so the other guy no longer have the option to use the "first name + last name + SQ/A" option to retrieve the account, nor the "first name + last name + pic ID" option.

You would still need to send in ID to change the first name.
