Recently retrieved my scammed account...

So I recently had my account stolen from me and I just retrieved it not long ago. The person who scammed it from me has my SQ/A, that's all.

I am the original owner of this account. I know the SQ/A, first & last name, e-mail address etc. I talked to a Blizzard representative on the phone, told him my account name and SQ/A, and he reset the e-mail back to mine.

What I'd like to know is if the person who scammed me has any way of getting the account back, or can get it banned if he calls Blizzard. Will Blizzard send me an e-mail in a couple days stating that they went through an investigation of the account and need me to mail a birth certificate to them to verify that I am the OO?

yah if the guy trys to get it back and if he changed all the info and then u find out that he did and then if u change it back blizz will do a investigation and send u a form looking like this go to this link http://ftp.blizzard.com/pub/WoW/othe...-Retrieval.pdf put it in ur seach bar

If you really are the original owner, I doubt he would even try to call blizzard. It is too much effort on his part and he won't get the account if they investigate. Its far easier to scam noobs who have no idea what they are doing.

Thank God. Well honestly I know he won't get the account, there's no way. But I REALLY don't want to have to mail Blizz my birth certificate... God only knows how long it takes to get to them, verify, and send it back.

Yup, Blizzard makes it a pain, but honestly I don't think he will waste his time.
