    TCG Scam: Ban fix. (testing)

    TCG Scam: Ban fix. (testing)
Hello MMOwned! I have found a possible loop hole for if/when you get banned doing l8flip's Turtle Mount Scam

All information is taken directly from Blizzards website.

    (link coming soon)

    Scam Prevention FAQ:

""I purchased an item out of game and have not received my item! Can the GMs assist?" If you are scammed out of game, we will be unable to assist you. We do not support, condone, or investigate these types of transactions, as all data contained on the World of Warcraft servers is property of Blizzard Entertainment and cannot be bought or sold without the express written permission of Blizzard Entertainment."

I am currently testing this now as i got dc'd before i could delete my scam toon and went to bed .

    My email.

    Account Name: **********
    Realm: ************

    Account Action: 48 Hour Suspension

I received a suspension as you are aware. It says that:

    "Offense:
    Scamming another Player
    This category includes:
Acquiring items or any other “possessions” from another player through misinformation, confusion, or fraud (Scamming)

Details: Character above had made a trade agreement with another character and did not honor the terms of the agreement. "

In addition, this issue is going against the information that was linked to me.

    i.e.

Taken from (Link will go here. Coming soon.)

"I purchased an item out of game and have not received my item! Can the GMs assist? If you are scammed out of game, we will be unable to assist you. This is copy/pasted from your "scam policy". I have been wrongfully investigated and wrongfully suspended. As such i am asking for my suspension to be lifted and credit to be applied to my account for the time that was stolen from me.

    That might be it.

Maybe I'm confused as to how this works but...
Wouldn't Blizzard be able to tell if you scam was in, or out of the game. Just saying you where wrongly suspended doesn't mean anything. If you scammed someone in-game, the logs and information are all there.

This is probably not going to work for the reason Tsai stated.
