Good idea dude, I'll +rep if I success any time.
Hmm, I'm considering using the Hide IP thingy, but won't it seem a bit suspicious when the e-mail comes from a country like Malaysia, when the account is registered, let's say in Austria?
A wise idea if you scam an account with the email scam and get a copy of the ID is to change the SQ/A through this webform World of Warcraft Europe -> Support Webform![]()
Nice guide...

they still remain the account owner............. so they just send the identity card and they got the account back....you CANT change the account owner's name so you will get that account yours forever in a single way: Trasfering your chara on another account. named inthe same way of the scammed one.
All the post look useless to me :O
plz answer me because maybe i miss something.........
Indeed u can't change the account name but this make less probable that they retrieve.
1 bcz not all can speak english
2 bcz not all use real infos
3 bcz not all know that they can send identity card photo.
Anyway if u think so they can **** you anyway when u trade a account or so
Taking accounts in this way will result in a Trade Like Legit Account.
Having email and other infos is better than having only id and pw

Well, it's allways possible for the original owner to get the account back, by sending his passport/driver license.
So im not sure this will work in the end?
it won't if the owner of the account isnt' retarded...
all you have to do is the exact same thing this guy did, which is common knowledge to anyone with a brain. you call in to blizzard. you say "hey could you change the email on XXX account for me? (insert excuse on why you can't do it- "my email got hacked" "i can't access a computer right now").
Blizzard will ask you for your full name, check if it matches the one on the account. Then they'll ask you for the SQ/A. Once that's done you just ask for a pw reset and the account is back into the owners hands.
Phone # and address aren't even required.
GL keeping accounts with this method unless your scamm-ee is like 12 years old.
