Theory Crafting Untested Gold/Cash/Accounts

I am a big fan of the ipapa methods with tamperdata etc...... now my idea is not tested and I'm looking for some feedback.

I was thinking to myself if we can scam gold this way why not accounts? and if you can scam those accounts why not sell those accounts to other websites to profit off of gold/cash (say you get a lvl 60 account off a site like toonstorm.com you could find one of those pwlvl websites that pay you gold for your 60-70) or one of those guys that are massing lvl 70's in whatever greens/blues to make profit when wotlk comes out I believe they generally pay 100-200 for most non epic toons.

Anyways if this is a repost I am sorry I read here almost everyday and have not seen anything about it.

Also this is a theory craft and I would like some imput back on wether or not people think its safe stupid good etc ty.
