Scam GM's

Okay so my account got hacked the other day, i have no idea how. I checked my email in the morning and my pw had been changed. I logged on and it was stolen by gold farmers, they had ALL kinds of greens, blues, and epics on my character, however... they deleted my hunter.

Anyway, I sold all the items and made 1200 gold. After that, I talked to a GM about replacing my hunter, I got him back with everything on him, BUT... I also got all the greens, blues, and epics I had just sold at the AH back! So I pretty much got my stuff duped!

Here's the scam: Have a renter rent your account for a day, tell them they can delete one of your characters, or you can do it yourself. After you take the account back, sell all the greens and blues the renter got in the AH. Then, tell a GM they deleted your toon, they will replace it (if you have replacements left) and all your other stuff that you just sold back.

What if the GM's get suspicious and ask what happened to the hunter? Then they check the IP logs?

Lies!

They will restore your items that you had on. Eg if u have Tier 5 on and have tier 4 in bank, they will give you Tier 5 back. NOT tier 4 in bank!

btw all your enchants will also be gone :'(
