I did this just today actually.
1. Do any kind of scam you want to on someone, i used the email scam.
2. Change the password on the person, and email<-- don't really need.
3. Go to a WoW trading forum and find someone that wants a character like the one you scammed.
4. Start talking to them and let them get comfortable with you, let them know you're interested in trading for their account with yours, but tell them you got the account from a friend and he/she never changed the E-Mail so theres nothing you can do about it.
5. If you did a well enough job of making them like you, they'll say aww thats ok and do the trade anyways.
Boom, Free Legit Account!!

i also used this to get a free month on one of my accounts
I chose a guy who wanted a PvP rogue for his pally...
and I just happened to have a level 70 rogue... PvE server :P with no gametime on it...
I started talking to him and never told him it was PvE and I said theres no gametime on my account, but he said it was ok and he'd pay for it...
So we make the trade he's like WTF PvE but he already payed for it...
We trade back and i had a free month! hahaha

If there's no email change, I don't think they'll fall for it cuz they know that the acc is easy to get back, right?

Not if you make them trust you enough.
and also, you have to give them your email in the process so they'll see that the first letters are different on the account and they'll be like oh ok, its really not his email.
You can do that, or make them an offer they won't refuse... like a full epic'd out character for their almost epic'd out char... or one with an epic flying mount...etc...

I admit this scam does take luck in finding the right person to trade with, but it works.
