Scammed Account + Legit Account on the same IP = ?

I was considering scamming an account, maybe even a lowbie account (i don't really care) but since I DO have a legit account with a lvl 70 w/ epics etc., I want to be cautious. If I log onto an account that I scammed on the same IP as my legit one, won't Blizzard be able to see that? If they could they would be able to ban me. Has anyone run into any problems with Blizzard when they scam accounts?
