Basically, if you know you're doing something you could/will get banned for, do it on a different computer, use precautions like changing your PW and Email on that PC (I'd suggest first loggin into your acc management on the PC you've used mainly for Wow, just stay on there for a while, log out, jump on the other PC and log in, change pw and email, NOTE: If the PC's are connected through a Router this will not work). Set all your shit up, bot/exploit/rent your ass off, let's say you want to bot for like a week, I'd suggest first botting for.. 1-2 days, then sending in a "Comprimised/Hacked Account" webform, this will take around 7+ days to complete and get investigated.

You're perhaps wondering why? This precaution is amazing, I did it when I rented out my acc. I proxied myself up, changed email and PW, leased my char, waited 12 hours, sent in webform. After 4 days I got banned as expected, sent an email, told em to check as I sent in a webform about my acc being hacked/keylogged.

Blam, no more final warning for me.
This will most likely work for plain banned acc's aswell (permban).

Can't blizzard see if you tried to recover your password or not?

This is called getting your account overturned. This works about 75% of the time DEPENDING ON THE OFFENSE. In the e-mail make sure it does NOT say that you can't overturn it. My friend's ban e-mail said that he could not challenge it. I have done this once before (last year) and it worked. But i pretty much wrote an entire essay saying how I was innocent, lol.

1. Change password and email on a different PC than the one you normally play wow on.

And I'm done. They can't see if you tried recovering it, since the email was changed. Basically, you tell them your email and pw is changed, they do not log attempts to recover your password if they fail, that would totally be a waste of bandwidth.

I emailed blizzard with your text with changing some of it so it can fit to my problem and still no answer i've been waiting for over 1week...plus they said to me in the first place your matter will not be checked again....

This is a generic and fairly undetailed story.

Yes, an Account Administration employee might fall for it, but certainly not everyone will.

What you need is for someone to write personalized stories specifically for you and your specific case.
