Scam trade: 10 accounts for 1

Ok so this is an idea that came to me when I was bored last weekend and i thought i might try it, So i started planning. Last thursday I "attacked" and got myself 10 accounts on 1 day even though I planned and prepared for it for 6 days, it's still an effective method. If you want I guess you can do more than 10 accounts in the time i did, I'm pretty sure of it, but I wanted to try out if it worked.

Ok what I did on day 1: saturday:
I prepared my character for an acount trade. transfered gold to an alt account. Placed my character at the orc/troll starting place, and ready I was.

Day 2: Sunday:
I went to WoW Trading // #wow.trade Quakenet and searched for 10 victims (sounded like a nice amount) not too great gear and preferably not too good english). I added them all on msn and started talking about casual stuff, what account you got and that stuff, though after a while I told them all I had to go and blocked em untill next day

Day 3: Monday:
I unblocked them and told them all I was very interested and wanted to trade with them so they could hold their account for me. They all agreed to do so but wanted to see my char in game. I said it was ok but made sure they would see it one by one, no suspicion. after i showed em the char I said I had to go again and blocked em.

day 4: Tuesday:
I unblocked them. Some of the guys were getting nervous aout my coming and going but I assured them something was wrong. Today I saw all their characters in game, and I was off again.

Day 5: Wednessday:
I did nothing on this day, let them sit for a while

Day 6: thursday:
I told them all I wanted to trade, Everyone agreed almost instantly as they had been waiting for 6 days now. So I told them all they needed to change the email to mine and I would do the same. once all were done we exchanged passwords and account names. I gave them ALL the account I prepared in day 1. So they would most likely disconnect each other before they find out what happened.


I must say after I did this I was amazed of how stupid people can be. I mean.. come on..

Also I must say that you can easily do this in 2 days or 1 if your in a rush. I'm 100% sure about it. I just wanted to take my time for this as I wasn't in a hurry.

My own opinion on this scam:
It takes a lot of patience, time and work but you get something out of it. I must also say this is not the most effective scam but I had great fun planning everything in, in days and such. This scam is defenatly not worth a +rep but I wanted to share it with you guys because I found it so much fun

nice! would +rep if i could, but i cant do it. i have no lvl 70s or high lvl chars to trade, only a nooby lvl 37 rogue.

That is such a great idea! The people will be all "wtf why I dc?" while you're changing all their account info then retrieving yours

try to do it after blizz closes for the night so they cant try to retrieve untill at least next day

I also thought up with me stupid head that, ofcourse there is no need to actually change the email to theirs, you can recall the account like the next morning and have 11 accounts.

Also if you know the right sites for selling accounts i think i sold mine to g-sale the transaction took like 1 hr tops. U could turn around and sell immediately to these sites. and come morning when they try to call blizz its already in the hands of another company. not much but might help

Yea it can i forgot to add that we had 2 original accounts one was a 70 hunter with decent gear some epic rest rares. and other account was a 70 shammie with mostly epics rest blue. we got about 130 for hunter and 175 for shammie

interesting.. If you would scam 10 people with decent geared characters, every lets say 5 days. Sell all accounts for 80 bucks. 800 bucks every 5 days. a months has 4 weeks, 4x7 = 28. that's 5x this scam. 5x 800 bucks = 4000.

4000 dollars actually means a full time job at home people.
