you cant take their cc info - it is obscured.

These scams are out of game scams so you are not playing within the rules of the game or within the confines of the game so they are in effect cheating imo.

You can scam in game within the context of roleplay you stral accounts within the context of roleplay it is just borderline criminal activity but hey each to their own.

The trouble here is you do risk your main char if u used this to help reel them in.

One variation is to pass a load of gold to a lev 60 alt and use that to show other lev 60s - play with them a bit and offer to make them say 2000g and level a faction etc for them.

As posted some lev 60s will fall for it and they will have gear worth disenchanting or even gold on their account worth stealing. There are a lot of lev 60s about that want good gear to get into decent guilds and plenty of them are inexperienced players who will easily be impressed if you show them 1000-2000gold and offer to get the same amount for them by powerlevelling them.

you could say you would like to play a hunter sometimes but cba to level one yourself and thats all the thanks you want for levelling their char and getting them 2000gold etc etc /

so, u scammed a lvl 25, grats...do u need it? **** no...but, a guy with lvl 50+ will not fall for this
