Ok I cannot confirm if this works or not I am currently attempting it and will give an update.

Step 1- go to cheapwowgold.com
Step 2- click on WoW power leveling
Step 3- there will be a box says "custom your own power leveling package" input your start level as 1 and your desired level as 5
Step 4- click on the "do estimate" button
Step 5- now input your real level and your real desired level
Step 6- click the order now button

You will now see on the next page you will only be charged $1.99 but be receiving the level you input after the estimate. This is a glitch in their site so it could be fixed but as of now it is working so take advantage of it.

I searched didn't find anything about this but please this is my first thing Ive contributed to the site so please go easy on me I am new here.

I am currently trying it with an alt account...been like 2 days they haven't logged onto my character so I don't know how long it usually takes them to get started but ive talked to them on the live chat support thing they haven't said anything about an error just say be patient we will start asap.

The people obviously dont speak English as their main language so im hoping they dont catch it. I mean 1-70 power leveling for only $1.99 cant beat that...
