It is a lot of from you knows that after availability of creation of both fractions, and before, people used neutral auction for transfer of expensive items. Often price they put 1 copper coin. Here in game is entered you.
Using any accessible addon-scanner for auction (for example, Auctionator) it is possible monitoring on such price of a item of certain quality (blue, epic). And in a combination with autoclicker it is possible to automate this process completely.

Well.. there's not many people actually using those neutral AH's.. I don't think it would profit over a day compared to other things, also the items they put into there are mostly just rare or epic, which only give up to a few hundred gold.. You would make more running a bot or something.
