The Middle Man Scam [Solo]

Hello MMowned, I am Fahey, an experienced web coder, phisher, and scammer. Today i will be sharing with you a scam i commonly use on websites such as markee dragon in order to get full account info on accounts to sell.

Step One

Well first of all you need to either make a topic trading a char or contact someone selling one. Once you find someone, become friends with them and talk casually with them about trading, buying their account. Be sure to have an armory link ready of a char so you can give that to them. In order to find an armory link search common names like bob billy ripper backstab etc..

Step Two

Once your target is ready to trade, more than likely us scammers and the person you are trading with will have little to no rep on MD. In this situation say: I see the neither of us have much rep, would you mind if we used a middle man in order to ensure this transaction goes smoothly? They should say yes, if no find a new person.

Step Three

Go to the site meebo.com. Once there, sign in to a different aim which we will use as the middle man. Say to the other person "I found a middle man, i am contacting now to see if he will do it for us" a few seconds later say oh yea he said he would do it. Then make a chat room for the 3 of you. Say hi on both the middle man and your account. Then on the meebo account, say something like: Hello ----- and -----, I will be your MM for today. This transaction will go as follows: First, (SAY YOUR NAME FIRST) will give me his account info. I will then verify all of his information completely and check is character. Then, i will check (SCAMMED GUY) account the same way. Once both are verified, I will then trade their information to the opposite player. (If you are saying you are selling account say then you will send money to his paypal which will just be a paypal we use to launder the cash, there are many topics on laundering.)

Step Four

While you say your verifying your info on the mm account maybe like ask the other guy what he wants the email to be etc. so he thinks its legit. If he asks to see in-game simply say you are on your laptop and you cant, at this point you can say you will take a picture of your character xfer page which you can photoshop very quickly if your good.

Step Five

Once you receive the information from the person, say you are checking it. At this moment check that the sq/a works by clicking change contact info. > Change Email/Phone > And then click you like forgot email pass and you can use sq/a to change. This verifies the registered email and sq/a he gave you is correct. Also be sure to take down all of his information including full name. then log off and sell to a big buyer (Be sure to change pass and email). Launder the cash and you are good to go.

NOTE: I STRONGLY RECCOMEND YOU DO THIS AFTER BLIZZARD CLOSES OR ON WEEKENDS SO YOU HAVE TIME TO SELL THE ACCOUNT!

PS: You may need a Fake ID with their name in order to sell. If you need a fake id i am willing to make, just pm me. (GUARENTEED TO WORK) Tips greatly accepted.

Should lengthen out the steps for easier reading other than that seems simple enough.

Edit: Also to make it seem more legit when playing the "middle man" part on AIM/MSN in chat ask "So who's paying the MM fee" and then of course you being the scammer saying in chat "XX.XX$ right?" etc.

Seeing as this seemed like the simplest method of scamming...I decided to use it as my first scam. I was gonna trade a DK i found on durotan named animate (no, not rly, just the fake toon) with 4/5 conq 1/5 val...it went smooth until he asked me to see the account in game before we did the transaction. I know i coulda shrugged him off and went to a new guy, but i think u should help me out when this response comes up again considering anyone thats not ****ing stupid would ask this

Just say "I'm on my laptop right now and it doesn't have wow sorry" and say you can take a screeny of char xfer page and photoshop it. Wala you win.

okay, fahey, i dont wanna sound stupid...but im like, really new to scamming and pretty much the underground side of gaming in general...what do you mean x-fer page and what do i put in it using photoshop? (note: i have never used photoshop)

okay, fahey, i dont wanna sound stupid...but im like, really new to scamming and pretty much the underground side of gaming in general...what do you mean x-fer page and what do i put in it using photoshop? (note: i have never used photoshop)

The char Xfer page is the page you where you click on "Paid Char Xfer" and then click server and then it shows your character. What you do is you make like a level one with the same name and race and class on the same server as the guy your trying to sell, and then photoshop it and place it over a level 80 so it says hes level 80. Heres an example i created and used in a previous scam -
