Still you can't really steal the account if you only have the Account name + SQA and the e-mail it's registered to.... Cause when you retrieve the password it will come into the mailbox of the e-mail registered to the account not to the e-mail you filled in.... This is like a total waste of a topic lol.
If I'm wrong please clarify your post cause then I don't get what you mean.

Sokoo. What you do is if you have the username, the NAME of the E-mail and the SQA is you reset the e-mail using the "I don't have access to my current e-mail" form.
It changes the email to yours and then allows you to change the password via recovery.

1) Put in Username.
2) Put in the current E-mail name and the SQA
3) Enter the name of the E-mail you want the account to now be under
4) Use the password recovery
5) ???
6) Profit?
