    What's not covered

    * Items picked up locally or delivered in person
    * Services, intangible items, and digital goods
    * Claims and chargebacks where the buyer says that the shipped item is significantly not as described

    You got lucky. Thats all.

Not really - the same applies to buyer protection. Talk to anyone at Paypal and they will tell you that filing a dispute over the purchase of a virtual item equates to an attempt to abuse their buyer protection policy.

Yes realy, read the TOS in depth. Sellers have NO PROTECTION WHAT SO EVER when selling any virtual item. Like I said, he got lucky, and if it comes under secondary review it will get charged back against him.

Ok .. Isnt it possible to just send a recorded mail ( just some shitty letter ) and then say u delivered a real item and provide that trackin no? Wouldnt paypal have to work in your favour then?

You're an idiot. If you had indeed read the TOS in depth then you would've seen section 11 which is all about seller protection. That said, seller protection is not the issue here since the buyer is opening a dispute and buyer's are not covered for non-tangible goods or services, as you should have read in the TOS as well. Escalate the disputes, call Paypal, state that the virtual goods were delivered and the disputes will be dropped in short order.

And you call me the idiot? Can you not see 11.4? It specifically states, the item must be a tangible good, if you dont understand what tangible is, go look it up.

Ive been using paypal for the best part of 9 years, and whenever I dispute any virtual item I brought, I get refunded 100% guaranteed.

If you want real protection on selling your virtual items, you post the person a Certificate of ownership with a tracking number. Jobs done.

I wish I was as lucky as you when you got refunded. I've been declined now, twice. Hell I've only ever tried it twice!!!
