Technically i believe this is a scam b/c it only works with idiots. When ur in an instance 5-10man i wouldont push for more then that and something comes up that has to be rolled for (after all pass or a chest etc.) type /e rolls 14 (1-100) the /e puts ur name in front so there is no says etc. Anyways if u lose a few roles like this people wont care so much that your roles are a different color, and if they ask just say its a macro. So when the item you needs comes up /e rolls 99 (1-100) and bam. CAUTION ONLY WORKS WITH IDIOTS. DO NOT ATTEMPT WITH GUILDS, THEY WILL BOOT YOU.

this might work in vc but i dont think theres anyone stupid enough to fall for that even in VC, becuase a /e comes up in orange writing, a roll comes up in yellow.

And BTW why the hell did you call this a hack? This is in no possible way a hack of any sort. Nor an Exploit. Just game mechanics through and through. I'm sorry but in F%&king tired of random noobs calling stupid things hacks when they dont know what they are...
