[HELP] Limited PayPal

Alright so, I'm looking for someone to remove the restrictions on my fake paypal, I have money in it, roughly 225 USD. I am just looking for someone to remove the restrictions for me, and I will give them like 30 bucks. If this isn't suppose to be posted here; flame on.

Details - It's a CA paypal, and it's verified. I recently kept sending too little amounts to my legit paypal, like i sent 8 payments of 40+ USD, and I wasn't thinking lol, so they limited me. But I filed disputes and got the money back to the fake PayPal, however, there is still a limit on there? But it doesn't give me any options to remove the limitation. Basically I think you'll have to send them fake ID's or something to "prove" that you are the fake paypal.

What'd you tell them? I should call for my personal account, but for the fake paypal with all the money I can't act like I'm from CA. Lol. I was just going to give someone like 30 bucks to make a fake something to prove to them I'm so and so.
