ahaha! got a level 80 pally and 80 druid, its BNET merged, only problem is, I didn't get all the info because he didnt have it, and he will prob get it back, confirmed it works! + rep, ill rep you when i get a chance, and he had no gold /facepalm ahha.


I put parental controls on it. so he cant play it, but he might be able to get it back, I'll keep you posted.

Haha i finally got the guts to try this after reading this about 10 times.
It worked on some kid but his account had a level 1 and a 7 on it and he said he had an algalon geared rogue (fail) but its wotlk enabled and active
Was that just bad luck or am i doing something wrong?

@Anthony: Only people who are little kids trusting everyone will fall for this, you didn't do anything wrong, you just came across a kid trying to scam you and failed because he gave you his.

I suggest trying to search for a more advanced guide that actually makes the other person think you are trading for real with him, instead of guides like this that depend on pure luck finding a kiddo who falls for big lies.
