The Javascript

Everyone who has entered a GameCard into the Blizzard website knows about this feature. You don't have to tab/click over to the next space, it's done for you. Well this page does it as well, useing the same script Blizzard does to achieve the same effect.

The PHP

Anyone who has ever phished anything before knows that when someone catches on, you are bound to get a lot of spam inputs. They don't even contain the correct format, and it just wastes your time and whatnot. Apoc fixed this with logins (Nicely done), and I'm helping out with gamecards. I added some conditions the code has to meet before it will even be logged or else it will be redirected to the error page. Some of them include:

1. If any of the fields are left blank or incomplete.
2. If the code contains letters, or doesn't contain numbers. (Since all codes consist of 100% numbers.
3. If any of the boxes are equal to each other (Never going to happen.

This take away people's abillity to:

1. Leave messages. If they can't use letters, how are they going to?
2. Spam your logs with the same excact number over and over. (Ex. 11111111111111111111111)
3. Add a card that doesn't even look like it would work

***Note: This will not filter every invalid code, it will just filter the crazy ones

I know it's a bit "messy", but just upload it and it works. There are some codes in the logs already, but they dont work. I just didnt feel like editing them :P Hope there isn't too many things messed up with it. I want to allow as many people as possible to use it.

**NOTE: The logs cards will be logged to "mygamecards.html", but you can change this by editing the "gcengine.php" file the following way.

1. Find the lind containing "$fp = fopen("mygamecards.html","a");"
2. Change it to " $fp = fopen("WHAT YOU WANT THE LOGS TO BE NAMED.html","a");
3. Creating a new log file with the name you have choosen on your webhost.

k so i downloaded it from rapidshare and its on my desktop but whenever i open it, it just shows a bunch of weird symbols on a word document. help anyone?

so basically tierman is I downloaded it from fileshare just like you said, and it showed up on my hard drive. whenever i try to open it, however, a box comes up that says "convert file" and gives me a list of things. what should i do?
and if i have a mac how would i do a SS?
