But yes, I think that it should overwrite the original launcher.exe. In my programming languague it's easy, but I've never worked with VB.

Some thoughts:
- If the user enabled "Remember Account Name", you can read it from the config.wtf file (SET accountName "blabla").
- You can also find out the account name (or more than one if the user has more than one account) if you check the folder names in the WTF\Account folder (each folder will have the name of an account).
- There's some chance that the user has an auto-login application (usually in the WoW root folder), in which case you could also get the password if you look for .ini/.txt/.exe files.
