I know this is pretty minor, but here goes.

Icy Prism, is a Jewel Crafter cooldown that converts green gems, into high quality blue gems. It's similiar to an alchemist transmute.

I sell my Icy Prism cooldown on a a semi daily basis. The Icy Prism is makes it not unique, nor does it bind.

You can open it, and take a single gem out. Now most people who buy your transmute party up with you, which is smart, they can see if you loot it.

Anyways. When you make your own icy prism, open it, and take out any good gems, leaving ones in there which are kind of crappy. ( Prices vary from server to server. Usually Forest Emeralds on my server are like 6g each ). If someone buys your transmute, open up their Icy Prism. Don't take anything out! They'll see it. If they got something really nice ( I've gotten Dragon's Eyes from them before ) give them YOUR crappy Icy Prism that you left your 8g gem in it.

Tell them sorry, sometimes bad luck happens. ^.~

RECAP:

Keep old Icy Prisms you made with a single gem in that that's worthless almost nothing.
If you sell your transmute, open their Icy Prism. If you like what you see, give them your 'bad' Icy Prism you kept for this purpose.

I cannot make it any clearer, if you have no idea what this is about, then you do not have a Jewel Crafter and can ignore it.

You can see when you receive certain loot tho when your in a party, or from the combat log.. anyone with a brain would know if you really created this icy prism or w/e or not.. I'm not to sure of this, because I only sell my titansteel CD lol, but yeah

He doesn't mean you don't make it at ALL, he means BEFOREHAND, you make an icy prism, and then take the good gems out. Then, you sell your cd, and when you make an icy prism from THEIR mats, you open it to see if there are any good gems in it. If there are, then you trade the OTHER icy prism you made from before.

You made a prism from their mats, but you traded them one that you made before.

Smahs, you're actually creating the item for them. If theirs has 300g worth of gems, and you have an old one you kept with a single gem and it has a gem worth 5g, which do you give them?
