Have you asked why? Maybe it was too much like advertising your own product, as opposed to a scamming method. Just a thought, I really have no idea.

It was a phishing page. IT wanted me to login on a german version of a paypal website

Yeah, despite the fact that 7/10ths of everything on this site seems to be illegal, I guess Paypal scamming is beyond the reach of these forums.
