Say Goodbye Turtle Mount Scam! $$

Ok, we all know the turtle mount scam. It's a bit boring now and with the TBC no one really wants it (on my server anyway).

This scam can be used with 3 different items. The New WoW TCG Dark Portal set features 3 Brand New Loot Cards, here they are.(they are taken from the Official WoW TCG website)

When you scratch off Rest and Relaxation, you’ll be able to redeem it for a Picnic Blanket.

As you can see, you get a full grill setup with a hibachi, a blanket, and an umbrella. It’s perfect for the downtime between quests! Here’s what you’ll be grilling up:

Anyone nearby can right-click on your grill to get one! When a character eats it, he or she will get a buff that says, “Does nothing. Tastes great!” This food is also soulbound, and cannot be sold.

Go Bananas!

Who doesn’t want a pet monkey? This little fella is named Bananas, and he’ll follow you all around Azeroth. The picture really says it all! With Bananas by your side, you’re sure to get lots of jealous players asking you questions about how to get a monkey of their very own.

*Card FAQ: After your deck has been turned over, the top of your deck is still the side farthest from the table and the bottom of your deck is still the side closest to the table. You still draw cards from the top. All cards in your deck become face up and public. Any player can look at them, but not reorder them.


Ask a question! When you right-click on your imp, he’ll appear, shake himself, and whisper an answer (this is similiar to a certain toy you may have had as a child). In a later patch, he’ll whisper the answer to your entire party! This feature will make it one of the most unique and attention-grabbing items you can obtain through the WoW TCG.

So, its just like the turtle mount scam. Only replace the turtle mount with any item from here. IMO i think the fortune telling scam is going to be the biggest hit, simply because its so awesome.

incase you dont know how do to this scam, i'll tell you how.

You hop on your main and send a letter to your alt (the one your scamming with) with some random letters+numbers on it like this, 'KM35Mf09FD8'. You go on your alt and pick it up, this is what you will be trading the guy for the gold.

This is an example of how you should sell it/what should happen.

[2.Trade]-[Scammer]: WTS Brand New Fortune Telling Ball from the new WoW TCG deck. 500g. pst for more info.
[Whisper] Lawlnoob says: wtf is that? im intrested.
[Whisper] to Lawlnoob: Its a ball you can summon (from an item in your bag) and people can right click on it, and when they do that an imp comes out and answers they're questions. its really cool.
[Whisper] Lawnoob says: so how are you going to give it to me? it surely must be souldbound
[Whisper] to lawlnoob: I'll give you a code that you enter into a vendor @ booty bay, then you receive the item!
[Whisper] Lawlnoob: Awesome Deal!

Now sometimes they need to be convinced and stuff, do whatever you feel is neccesary. but never let them have the code before they pay you, because its not gonna work lol.

so i suddenly realised this could be scammed, googled up the new loot cards and posted here.

Read this first before trying to scam it. You might screw up with someone who has knowledge of it. http://entertainment.upperdeck.com/w...t/default.aspx There is also no way to do a 3rd party on this... You can't validate it in any way. Yes this scam will PWN alot of people.

lol everyone on my realm know not to buy codes so i dropped price to 60g suckered this 70 warrior into some lame welll i got scamme dalot with me standing there they put money in i get item i get nada it worked lol tehni CoD he was like i reported u and your alt and i posted u on the forums and now i know u cant trust anyone in this game anymore lol whata loser...and im thinking if hes i teh best guild on the server then it shouldnt be hard to make 60g compared to 500g
