hey I came up with that today when I made a mistake and sent some1 an item and instead of giving them gold, I cod'ed them (the item and the gold was free cuz it was my mate) and the gold came back. I though about it and here is what I came up with in a few quick and easy steps.
1)Establish your prey
find a lot of bank characters that sell a lot of stuff on the auction house, and write their name down.
2)Find out stuff about them
see what they are selling and how much of it
3)Trick them
buy 1 of the item they are selling (from some1 else). then send it to them
Make sure you make a new char and call it something with auction in it
Send them the item and put "Auction House" as the title, and put C.O.D of about 100-500g
4)Profit
After about a day of the sending and countless mail. I have earned(scammed?) 4k gold

It might not be the most elaborate scam but if you spam it (a.k.a 50 mails a day) you will quickly get profit

Ok, this is what he tried to say:

1. Find bank chars selling alot of stuff.

3. Make a character with "Auction" or something like that in its name
4. Send 1 of the items the bank sells alot with a c.o.d to the bank-char, with e-mail name "Auction House"
5. Pray he clicks through all of it, and accepts your 500g c.o.d
6. ???
7. Profit.
