TCG scam IMPROVED without getting a ban

so i supose everyone knows the TCG scam..?well i found a way to let it ALLWAYS work! we are going to use MY "instant" trade method

things you need:
1)a msn/aim
2)a level 1 bank char with full tuxedo (gets more trust)

ok what to do:

1)go trade channel and say a few times: OMG i got a code for spectral tiger!!!!
2)you will get a few whisper like where did you got it etc,answer questions
3)then say to the character that is getting scammed:i rather had gold for it xD
4)they will say a price if they dont,you ask:would you be interested??
5)if they are,get a nice price,
6)ask if they have msn/aim they WILL ask why you need it say:ill explain there
7)add them to msn/aim and say:i wanted to do a "instant" trade
they ask:what is that? then say you put gold in trade,DONT accept yet
and i put code in msn/aim but i DONT press enter yet,then we press at EXACT the same moment enter/accept
9)quickly enter a code,doesnt matter what
10) get the gold,ignore him

things you must NOT do: DONT say payment method in-game

then blizzard WILL have logs,now they dont,

repeat,repeat,repeat

they WILL ask:how can i trust you..then just say:how can i trust YOU??? how am i sure that you WILL press accept?! and dont run off with the code?!
