Account Name: The account name you are using to login.
CD Key: original WoW game CD-key (we cannot accept Burning Crusade CD-keys).
Your Secret Question and Answer.
Name: the full name that the account was created with.
Address: The address information given when the account was created.
Zip/Postal Code: The zip/postal code that was given when the account was created.
Passwords used on the account: Please give us all the passwords you remember which has been used on your account, including your current password.
If you do not remember one of those details, Please email us back with the information you got, for ex. used passwords, gamecards used.
The CD key must be from the World of Warcraft box you used when you registered your account. If you have more than one copy of the game, and are unsure which key is the correct one, please include them all. There is no need to include the keys marked "Trial Edition". Expansion CD keys are not accepted.
If you use more than one e-mail address, only send us these details through one of them. If possible, the e-mail address registered to the account. Submitting your details from several different addresses may cause confusion, and delay the successful processing of your issue. If you do reply with a different e-mail address, please also state what the registered e-mail address was.

- Provide your account name, and click continue.
You will now be asked your secret question.
Your secret question and answer is considered a vital detail in your account verification, and it is very important that you provide it.

If you cannot remember all of these details, or have lost or misplaced your CD key, we will also require:
- A fax, scan or digital image of nationally recognised photo ID, such as passport or drivers license (please do not include public transport cards, library cards etc, as these are unsuitable for our needs).
