repost?.... not sure about this one :/
EDIT: seems like that location is bugged -.-
I don't know if this has been posted before, but here it goes.
Have you ever gotten an account but only got the [Account Name] [First Name] and [Last Name] and a false SQ/A?
If you have an account where you know the [First Name] [Last Name] [Account Name], you have the ability to make it yours!
With only the [First Name] [Last Name] [Account Name] you can:
1. Obtain the SQ/A
2. Password reset
3. Change the name on the account
4. Change parental controls
5. Deactivate an authenticator
To do this go to:
***Blizzard Support***
and print out the form and fill it out.
The form says you need a form of identification. This is where you use Photoshop skills to make a fake ID or have someone you know make you a fake ID. If you're desperate enough you'll pay someone to make you an ID (because accounts are worth more money than someone to make an ID).
After you filled it out, you can:
Fax: (949) 725-0701 ATTN: Billing Department
Mail: Blizzard Entertainment
ATTN: Billing Department
P.O. Box 18979
Irvine, CA 92623
NOTE:
If you are going to send in more than one form, I suggest using different pens, writing styles, etc. If they see a bunch of forms with the same handwriting they'll suspect something.
I would also advise you to use many different e-mail addresses. If they see that you have 50 accounts associated with your one e-mail you might get a banhammer on all 50 accounts.
If you are changing the name on the account, use different first names. All that matters is that you have the same last name on the account for transfers.
One last thing I would like to mention is this:
Make sure that when you are submitting the ID's, that one is much older (as if it were a parent) and one that is younger (as if it were a child). The older persons ID card will be the current user, and the younger will be the new last name.

I click that and it says "page not found"
I'm sure this information has been floating around here for a while, but you brought it back up.
And this is a very good, and easy way to secure an account. Thanks. +rep
Good guide, thanks for it, i may have to use this some time![]()
It's a very good way to find out the SQ/A if you don't know it. Also a great way to change the name to prevent an account from being recalled in theory (Note: I have not tested that yet)
Don't you also have to go through the notary and shit ?
The form doesn't mention anything about notary.
AHHH VIRGINIA! 804 is where I reside son.
Uhh I guess they updated it or something, the last time I got the form
they asked me to go near a notary in my area to confirm that the ID
Picture is really me lol.
